CCS 24/7 Online & Mobile: CCS 24/7 is a free secure online service offered by Catawba Insurance Agency, LLC. Must be an existing customer to use this service. Sign-up is required via online or through your Trusted Advisor. Please view our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we use your information.
CCS 24/7 Mobile: CCS 24/7 Mobile requires that you download the mobile app and is only available for select mobile devices. Data rates may apply.
Touch ID® or Face ID®: Certain devices are eligible for enrollment in Touch ID®, Face ID® or fingerprint sign-in. If eligible, you will have the option to enroll by following the prompts within CCS 24/7 Mobile app. If you store multiple fingerprints on your device including those of additional persons, those persons will also be able to access your CCS 24/7 Mobile app via fingerprint. Data connection required. Wireless carrier fees may apply.
